1 Definitions

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Player Self-Management Tools

666zk Casino provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

10 Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 666zk

666zk Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of any provision of this Agreement, failure to complete KYC verification within required timelines, account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months, or receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.

10.2 Balances on Closure

In the event of account closure initiated by either party (except in cases of fraud or breach), the verified real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Where account closure follows a finding of fraud or material breach, 666zk reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of a formal investigation.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ₱50.00 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy charges commencing. The account remains accessible at any time upon successful login.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666zk Casino platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666zk Casino or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 666zk Casino.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Losses attributed to unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Technical failures in third-party payment systems, including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking infrastructure.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

666zk Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

666zk Casino reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice in non-material amendments. For material changes that affect Player rights or obligations, 666zk Casino will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Players or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made effective. Your continued use of the 666zk Casino platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.
